Our makeup artists must have at least 2 years of experience applying makeup in a retail or spa environment. Many are licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists.

Trained to Sell
We create a kit for them to use at the store and they receive it in advance so they can be trained extensively on your products. This means they are ready to sell when they walk in the door.

Follow-up on Performance
Our events include a customized Event Summary form that each makeup artist or model has to complete. We analyze the data and compare it to the sales from the chain. On this form we ask them to provide:

Number of Customers Approached
Number of Makeovers Completed
Number of Items Sold

From this information we figure a closure rate - the number of sales divided by the number of makeovers completed. We then rate the makeup artists and keep track of their sales ability before hiring them again.
